Darron was quick to respond to my query about an apparent leak in our row house roof. We don't have interior access to the roof but he was undaunted and quickly assessed our problem. Then he wasclear about his estimate and payment terms.. He came much more quickly to do the repairs I needed and took the initiative to deal with every problem that could have caused our current leak or, more remarkably, future trouble spots.
